Ihre Aufgaben
- Serve as the main contact for Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and English-speaking customers, providing professional support
- Address product, maintenance, and installation inquiries with precision
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by proactively addressing needs
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure smooth delivery
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to resolve delivery issues
- Provide order updates and track progress to maintain customer trust
- Identify new business opportunities and assist the sales team with appointments and promotions
- Manage smaller customer accounts to boost loyalty and satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date customer data in the CRM system
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
Ihr Profil
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English (written and spoken)
- Conversational German skills
- Further languages an advantage: Portuguese and French
- Proven experience in customer service and sales support
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- ERP experience, Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Able to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Team player with the ability to work independently
