Whistleblower system at Amadeus Fire AG

The observance of legal regulations and compliance rules is a top priority for Amadeus Fire. Serious reports help us to counteract violations at an early stage and reduce damage to our company, our employees and our business partners. We offer several channels for contacting us about reporting violations. Violations can also be reported anonymously if desired.

This requires the attention of everyone and their willingness to point out possible serious violations of the rules in the event of concrete indications. Information can be submitted to the whistleblower system at any time.

An investigation will only be initiated after careful examination of the tip and if there are concrete indications of a serious violation of the rules. Investigations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality.

Our whistleblower system guarantees the highest possible protection for whistleblowers and those affected. Whistleblowers can communicate openly or anonymously with the compliance officer and the responsible contacts.

Further information can be found in detail in our procedural rules. The procedural rules explicitly regulate notifications submitted within the framework of the German Supply Chain Compliance Obligations Act (§8 LkSG), but are applied analogously to all other notifications.

Reports can be submitted via the following communication channels:

  • By mail to:
    Amadeus Fire AG
    Investor Relations
    Hanauer Landstraße 160
    60314 Frankfurt am Main

  • By telephone at:
    +49 (0)69 96876 – 180

If desired, a personal interview can also be arranged, but this requires first contacting us through one of the channels listed.

We encourage all whistleblowers to use our internal reporting system. It can be accessed anonymously and there are no reprisals associated with it. If an external reporting office is preferred for submitting a tip, we refer to the external reporting office of the German Federation at the German Federal Office of Justice.

In order to be able to assign any reports correctly and process them as quickly as possible, it is necessary for the report to indicate which subsidiary the submitted report relates to.

Notice:

We would like to point out that our whistleblower system is not intended for complaints. Complaints should be reported directly to the appropriate contact person.

This includes, for example:

  • Complaints relating to job applications
  • Complaints about assignments
