Christoph Groß (born in 1953) is an independent, German certified public accountant. From 1999 to 2002 he was sole Managing Director of Arthur Andersen, Germany. After the merger of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in Germany in 2002, he became Deputy Chairman of Ernst & Young, Germany.
In 2006 he became Managing Partner of the Central and Eastern European Area of Ernst & Young and member of the Executive Board of Ernst & Young Global. With the creation of the EMEIA Area (Europe, Middle East, India, Africa) in 2008, he took over as member of the Global Executive Board the function of the Managing Partner Operations in EMEIA up until 2010.
In 2010 he retired of Ernst & Young. Since then he is member of several Supervisory and Advisory Boards, besides being Chairman of the Advisory Board of Amadeus FiRe AG. His present board memberships are:

Michael C. Wisser (born in 1971) finished his master Master of Business Administration in Bayreuth in 1994. Afterwards he worked for Arthur Andersen for seven years. After graduating as Tax Consultant (1998) and Certified Public Accountant (1999) he was General Manager of Arthur Andersen New York. In 2001 he became Member of the Management Board of WISAG Service Holding in Frankfurt and was responsible for the commercial divisions of the whole group. In 2007 he took the Chair of the Management Board of AVECO Holding AG.

After her apprenticeship as an office clerk Ulrike Bert (born in 1968) worked as an accountant in severeal companies. During this time she successfully completed a further education as administrative assistant. Since 1998 she is working for Amadeus FiRe as an accountant. Since 2001 she is member of works council, since 2006 chairperson of the works council.
Since 2000 Mrs. Bert is independent member of the supervisory board of Amadeus FiRe AG.
Knuth Henneke (born in 1944) joined Amadeus Fire’s Supervisory Board in 2011. He was Head of Human Resources at BASF SE, Ludwigshafen, from 2001 – 2007. He also implemented a labour market and employment policy model in the metropolitan area of the Rhein-Neckar region during this period. Previously, he held management functions in Human Resources at well-known companies both in Germany and abroad, among them ABB, Audi and Unilever.
Knuth Henneke studied Medicine in Marburg and Economics in Marburg and Münster.
Since his retirement from BASF SE in 2008 he works as an independent business consultant. Furthermore he working in several Supervisory and Advisory Boards. Besides being member of the Advisory Board of Amadeus FiRe AG he is actually Chairman of the Advisory Board of Aqua Vital Quell- und Mineralwasser GmbH.
Since 2011 Mr. Henneke is independent member of the supervisory board of Amadeus FiRe AG.
Angelika Kappe is secretary of the union since 1989, initially responsible for the social security, health, social services welfare and churches. 2006 – 5 years after the United Services Trade Union (ver.di) was set up - she became manager of the districts Osthessen and Hanau.
In June 2016 she was elected vice chairwoman in ver.di Hessen which she does ever since. Her competences are amongst others finance and information / communication technology.
After her apprenticeship as an office clerk Ulrike Sommer (born in 1965) worked as an accountant and payroll manager in severeal companies. Since 1999 she is working for Amadeus FiRe as payroll manager. Since 2001 she is member of works council, since 2006 vice chairperson of the works council.
Since 2011 Mr. Sommer is independent member of the supervisory board of Amadeus FiRe AG.
Graduating with a degree in computer science (concentration in business administration), Mr. Elmar Roth (born in 1961) was employed as organisation programmer at Christ Juweliere und Uhrmacher seit 1863 GmbH, later known as Christ Holding GmbH due to reorganisation, during the period from 1991 to 1997. During this time, he was involved in developing an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Following the takeover of the company by Douglas Informatik & Service GmbH from Hagen in 1997, he assisted with the integration of relevant IT systems to the Douglas group.
Starting in 1998, Mr. Roth took on the position as IT manager at Dunlop Sport GmbH. Besides introducing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, he significantly contributed to the computer-assisted automation of processes related to budgeting, order and distribution.
Since 2008 to date, Mr. Roth serves as the head of the IT department at Amadeus FiRe AG and is, among others, responsible for the needs-based provision of internal IT services. Further, he was appointed as representative for executive staff in the equally-represented supervisory board at Amadeus FiRe AG in May 2011.

Andreas Setzwein ( born in 1981 ) is a lawyer. Since 2014 he works as legal counsel in the legal department of Amadeus FiRe AG. Prior to joining the Amadeus FiRe AG Mr. Setzwein worked as a lawyer for the nationwide law firms Henningsmeier Rechtsanwälte and Dornbach Rechtsanwalts-GmbH. At Amadeus FiRe AG he mainly works on labour and contract law.
Since 2016 Mr. Setzwein is independent member of the supervisory board of Amadeus FiRe AG.
From 1995 to 2012, Dr. Ulrike Schweibert (born 1966) worked as an attorney (since 1999 as partner) in the practice group Employment Pensions Benefits at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (and its legal predecessors) in Frankfurt/Main. Prior to that she gained international experience at a commercial law firm in New York for half a year. Since May 2012 Dr. Schweibert has advised her clients in the law firm Schweibert Leßmann & Partner in Frankfurt/Main together with her colleagues from the employment law practice group of Freshfields and other employment law experts who have joined the firm after its foundation. As before, her clients include companies from a wide variety of sectors, including DAX corporations as well as medium-sized family enterprises. Her range of advice includes all employment law-related matters, in particular issues related to restructurings, outsourcing measures, corporate downsizing, changes and restructuring of working conditions as well as matters involving pensions.
Dr. Schweibert has extensive experience in negotiating with works councils and trade unions as well as longstanding forensic practices. Furthermore, she is co-editor of a respected reference work on restructurings (Umstrukturierungshandbuch Willemsen/Hohenstatt/ Schweibert/Seibt). As a longstanding member of the employment law committee of the German Bar Association (DAV) she regularly deals with new legislative procedures and its practical implementation.
Hartmut van der Straeten (born in 1941) is business administration graduate. For more than 20 years he worked for subsidiaries of American combinations in several positions like head of controlling, accounting and commercial director with focus on accounting, organization, human resources and logistics. Afterwards he worked as commercial director and copartner of a leading German trade chain with several subsidiaries for 10 years. He was responsible for the whole commercial management of the group.
Since 1998 he works as an independent business consultant.
Since 2001 Mr. van der Straeten is independent member of the supervisory board of Amadeus FiRe AG.
Mathias Venema (born in 1972) was department head economic and social research at Marplan Forschungsgesellschaft mbH. He became secretary of the United Services Trade Union (ver.di) Hesse in 2010. Since 2015 he is head of department special services which includes a number of services as temporary work, hairdressers, safety- and security associations, travel agencies and so on.
Apart from the membership of the Advisory Board of Amadeus FiRe AG he is member of the
Advisory Board of FraSec Fraport Security Services GmbH.
Since 2011 Mr. Venema is independent member of the supervisory board of Amadeus FiRe AG.
Annett Martin (born in 1967) is an independent German certified public accountant and tax advisor. She worked as an auditor with Arthur Andersen and EY (1990 until 2012). As an EY audit partner she served national and international clients.
Since 2013 Mrs. Martin is supporting corporates related to financial statements. She is working for and with entrepreneurs, shareholders, board members and C – level management. She is focused on all matters and questions related to financials, financial information etc. Besides this she is educating board members in German based corporate groups.
Since 2017 Mrs. Martin is an independent member of the supervisory board of Amadeus FiRe AG.
