GENERAL INFORMATION

The safety and protection of your personal data is an important concern of Amadeus FiRe AG. Your personal data will be stored, processed and used in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of data.

Your personal data is recorded when you complete a contact form designed for this purpose on the website and send it to us, or when you contact us by e-mail. You can use this form to request information or apply for a job.

The personal data we record includes, in particular, your contact details and, in the case of applications, information regarding your professional qualifications and your mediation requirements. Data is recorded, processed and used for the purpose of allocating suitable offers in the areas of temporary staffing, private placement and interim management, depending on your mediation requirements. No further use will be made of your data without your express permission.

In the context of the mediation relationship, we will store your personal data permanently – until we receive instructions to the contrary from you – and will process and use it in order to provide you with suitable offers. With regard to applicants, this also includes transmitting the personal data required for the personnel recruitment service to interested companies. Depending on your qualification profile and mediation requirements, the affiliated companies of Amadeus FiRe AG * operating in the areas of personnel service/further training are also included in the mediation of suitable offers in the context of the mediation relationship and are granted access to your data for this purpose.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”).  Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States . Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.  Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.  You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.  By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

SECURITY

Please note that it is not possible to completely exclude unauthorized third party access when transmitting your data via the Internet. Since Amadeus FiRe AG does not yet use encrypted data transmission procedures (unless explicitly stated), it cannot accept any liability for protecting your data from unauthorized access.

RIGHT TO OBTAIN INFORMATION

On receipt of a request from you, we will happily inform you of all your personal details stored by us, immediately and free of charge.
